The first prequel series is complete and will be posted now. Each one is a standalone, the time period is mid 1980s. Vignettes of my childhood visits with my maternal grandparents, and the life changing lessons they taught me about faith and family (and technology - Grandma was the first person I ever knew who owned a home computer, an Apple IIe that she used for her genealogy database!). They have both passed away now, but their memories remain with me every step of life's journey.

Flashbacks about both of them will appear regularly in the main Wildflowers storyline, so it might be a good idea to read these first to get a better idea of who they were and what influences they had on me, and further down the line on my son.

Hadrian's current dream is for us to be able to afford an accessible RV and be able to travel the country just as my grandparents did, but for religious pilgrimages not genealogy. Even in our strange and wholly inadequate Viking Van, we loved traveling together and rediscovering our faith and family love along the road!
