More tacos!

Beaver Tacos in Beaver, UT is part of this huge rest area and gift shop experience that sells tons of swag with

I ❤️ BEAVER

and also a bunch of other stuff, good snacks, really cool knives I couldn't afford to blow money on, and a taco restaurant with many specialty options including a rare find - lengua! (Beef tongue) 👅 Which Hadrian is a fan of, so he got a lengua tacos platter and I got a big salad with yummy chicken and we also got a belt to help keep his feet from slipping off the edges of his gurney with the I ❤️ BEAVER logo on the buckle, which I think we have lost, but it served well for the rest of the trip until we swapped his skinny anti pressure mattress for a full size one back in Ohio (see later episodes).

And yes, a maintenance guy at the mountaintop resort offered me twice what I had originally paid for the van, but I couldn't afford to just get stranded with a paralyzed guy and a bunch of luggage and camping stuff on a random mountain, so I declined.
